Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or a geographically dispersed workforce.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish language skills preferred but not required.
• Utilizes HR technology, automation, and data analytics to improve processes and decision-making.
• Willingness to travel a minimum of 35%.

Responsibilities

• Coaching managers on employee relations, performance management, attendance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
• Serves as a change agent by helping leaders implement organizational changes, business initiatives, and HR programs.
• Facilitates employee investigations and recommends appropriate resolutions consistent with company policies and practices.
• Provides guidance on company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure consistent application across locations.
• Leverages HR systems and reporting tools to maintain accurate employee data and provide actionable workforce insights.
• Partners with managers to identify talent development needs and coordinates employee development, training, and career growth opportunities.
• Partners with business leaders to support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Promotes and administers employee recognition programs and engagement activities to support a positive workplace culture.
• Monitors HR metrics and provides recommendations for improvement (turnover, time-to-fill, etc.).
• Supports onboarding and assimilation for new hires and internal promotions.
• Participates in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.
