Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in Los Angeles is seeking an HR Manager to partner with leadership to design and implement performance management, development, and engagement programs aligned with our strategic objectives.

You will ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations, analyze HR metrics, and lead the development and interpretation of HR policies and procedures. Travel to other locations, including Salt Lake City, UT, may be required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HR Director to design and implement performance management, development, and engagement programs aligned with organizational strategy.
• Ensure compliance with and stay up to date with relevant HR laws and regulations.
• Analyze human resources metrics and support human resources initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Lead or contribute to HR policy development and interpretation to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, supervisors, department leaders, and other team members to create partnerships that yield success and cohesion.
• Independently manage or contribute to HR initiatives, applying professional expertise to improve processes, compliance, and employee engagement.
• May require travel to other locations, including Salt Lake City, UT.

Salary: USD100000 - USD110000 per year

• Analyze human resources metrics and support human resources initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Lead or contribute to the development, interpretation, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, exercising independent judgment to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, supervisors, department leaders, and other team members to create partnerships that yield success and cohesion.
