Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1 year of HR experience
• US citizen, 18+, able to obtain unescorted access to facility
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner/consultant to assist customers in meeting business objectives
• Assess and respond quickly to customer needs
• Ensure consistent application of GDLS policies and CBAs and provide policy guidance
• Manage processes for Short Term Disability, FMLA, pay adjustments, uniforms, reports, pre-employment contingencies, and HRIS data entry
