NBCUniversal Intl. is hiring an HR Generalist to support Corporate Legal, providing partner-level guidance on employee relations, performance, development, and workforce planning.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Employment Law to drive effective HR programs across the organization. The role emphasizes practical, solutions-oriented HR support with ownership and cross-team collaboration.

Formación

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of progressive professional HR experience.
• Experience supporting leaders and employees across HR matters.
• Employee relations experience, including handling sensitive issues and workplace investigations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to Corporate Legal leaders and employees.
• Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance, development, and other people-related matters.
• Assist in managing employee relations issues and workplace investigations, partnering with Employment Law when needed.
• Support key talent processes including performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
• Work with leaders on organizational design, team structure, workforce planning, and talent priorities.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders to support recruitment and hiring needs.
• Help leaders and employees understand and navigate HR policies, practices, and programs.
• Use workforce data and employee feedback to spot trends, identify opportunities, and help inform decisions.
