Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide HR support across Telemundo Station Group. The role partners with Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications, Finance, HR Operations, Employment Law, and leadership, reporting to the SVP of Human Resources.

Responsibilities include employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, data management, and HR program implementation. Strong communication, discretion, and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, talent processes, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to the SVP HR – Telemundo Station Group and broader HR leadership team.
• Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on career development and growth opportunities.
• Identify and provide creative solutions to employee engagement challenges, compensation/title analysis, organizational structuring, and retention initiatives.
• Assist with employee relations investigations, documentation, and resolution of workplace concerns in partnership with HR leadership and Legal.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the SVP HR – Telemundo Station Group, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses, and PowerPoint presentations.
