Job summary

Werfen is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and training for our US operations. The role includes HRIS/ATS administration, onboarding, and policy implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Minimum 3 years HR experience; regulated medical device background a plus.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations; MS Office/Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide HR support for designated client group including employee relations and talent management.
Handle inquiries from applicants and employees; escalate complex issues.
Support talent acquisition; participate in recruiting, interviewing, and offers while collaborating with hiring managers.
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and HRIS administration; manage background checks and eligibility verifications.
Support HR programs and company events; help develop policies and procedures.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
