Beusa Energy, Llc in The Woodlands, TX seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including personnel actions, offboarding, and workforce administration.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this role handles employee relations, performance support, reporting, and communications, while maintaining confidential records and ensuring compliance with policy and law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Two+ years of HR experience.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including promotions, transfers, supervisor and crew changes, terminations, and other personnel actions.
• Oversee offboarding process: documentation, system updates, communication, and asset return.
• Coordinate position, requisition, and headcount administration with HR documentation.
• Maintain workforce, staffing, and HR tracking tools for accuracy.
• Support employee relations matters, investigations, and follow-up with employees and managers.
• Support performance management processes and documentation.
• Lead quarterly survey reporting and workforce analytics; communicate findings to HRBP.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers; ensure timely HR support.
• Maintain confidential employee information per company policy and legal requirements.
• Perform other duties to support operations and continuity.
