Job summary

Beusa Energy Group in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an Experienced Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including personnel actions, offboarding, workforce administration, and employee relations.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are accurate, timely, and compliant, handling performance support, reporting, and confidential records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of human resources experience.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages employee lifecycle transactions and personnel actions with required documentation.
• Coordinates employee offboarding and related HR administration.
• Maintains HR records and updates system access and payroll documentation.
• Supports employee relations matters and investigations as assigned.
• Leads workforce reporting and analyses and communicates findings to stakeholders.
