Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, EEO).
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems and benefits administration.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and duties.
• Support implementation of services, policies and programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in all HR activities.
• Interpret and apply company policies consistently and fairly.
• Collaborate with managers to address HR issues and workforce needs.
• Assist with reporting and data analysis to inform decisions.
• Some travel between facilities may be required.
