Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with leaders and employees to support a positive workplace culture.
• Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and assist employees with HR-related questions.
• Assist with payroll processing, including reviewing payroll data and updating records.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update HR records, HRIS systems, and personnel files.
• Assist in performance management, employee development, and training.
• Assist in administering the Learning Management System (LMS) and training tracking.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and events.
• Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues with professionalism.
