Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years in HR generalist or related role.
• Knowledge of employment law and policy compliance.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and employee relations initiatives.
• Support staffing and recruitment processes for hourly and salaried employees.
• Maintain HR records, generate reports, and manage budgets.
• Facilitate HR leadership training and policy compliance.
• Monitor safety programs and compliance with employment laws.
