Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking an HR Generalist to support Benefits, LOA coordination, recruitment, and employee engagement at our Liberty & Acorn on-site operations. You’ll partner with the Employment & Experience Manager and total rewards team to deliver practical HR solutions for hourly and skilled roles.

The role requires 1–3 years in HR, benefits, payroll, or related areas, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or HR-related coursework preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, benefits administration, payroll, timekeeping, recruitment, or leave coordination preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and empathetically.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line HR support across Total Rewards, team member engagement, and recruitment.
• Assist with benefits onboarding, enrollment, and life events.
• Coordinate LOA processes and guide employees through related documentation.
• Support engagement initiatives and coordination with site leadership.
• Assist with recruitment activities for hourly and skilled roles.
