Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong problem solving, customer service, communication and organization skills
• Demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the organization
• Proficiency using HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer applications

Responsabilités

• Professionally represent the company with a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance, coaching and support, as well as transactional administration, in areas such as employee relations, training and development, engagement, compliance matters, reporting, immigration, and documentation.
• Drive and develop efforts in the areas of positive and proactive employee relations including employee events.
• Advance site culture to embrace company commitment to initiatives including diversity, wellness, security, safety, employee engagement, etc.
• Partner with management teams on workforce planning, headcount strategies, organizational design and talent development.
• Assist with talent acquisition efforts and support onboarding processes.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
• Ensure legal compliance and implementation of HR programs aligned with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Honor confidentiality in interactions with employees and managers
• Maintain and communicate HR policies and procedures; provide guidance to team members to ensure understanding and adherence.
• Support salary planning processes.
• Drive compliance with regulatory requirements, including audit preparation.
• Analyze employee metrics and trends to recommend HR strategies for compensation and benefits optimization.
• Maintain HR systems and support related data entry, reporting, and process improvements.
• Serve as a trusted partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned, in alignment with the evolving needs of the business.
