Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business priorities
• Lead HR support for US operations including employee relations and performance management
• Assist with immigration, compensation, and retention programs
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company policies
• Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives
• Coach managers on employee performance and development
• Coordinate learning and development programs
• Collaborate with global HR teams across China, Vietnam, and Mexico
• Manage benchmarking and annual merit processes
• Perform other duties as assigned
