Job summary

Amphenol Industrial Operations seeks a Human Resources Generalist to oversee daily HR operations at the Endicott, NY facility. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration to support a robust HR function.

The ideal candidate has strong influencing skills, a change mindset, and solid knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws. Work closely with the HR Director to drive people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in human resources.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Manage benefits administration and employee questions on benefits.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, investigations, and coaching.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies to ensure compliance.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to senior management.
