Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience, supervisory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
• Investigate issues such as working conditions and disciplinary actions.
• Provide guidance to department officials for problem resolution.
• Oversee performance management and coaching across OpCo.
• Collaborate with OpCo leaders to maintain staffing plans.
• Coordinate recruiting to hire diverse, capable staff and manage turnover.
