Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or another applicable field is preferred
• 6+ years of multi-state HR experience
• 1+ years’ experience using Paylocity
• 1+ years' experience with acquisitions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with demonstrated teamwork and vendor management skills
• Experience in a deadline-oriented, multi-task environment
• Proven ability to interact with all levels of management and other staff
• Comfortable working multiple time zones to support business needs
• Ability to travel to practices within designated region
