Qualifications

• 1–3 years of payroll administration experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong active listening and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS software.
• Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee situations and confidential data with professionalism.
• Fundamental understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Payroll execution and benefits administration to maintain accurate records.
