Responsibilities

• Run and manage multiple payroll schedules with accuracy and timeliness.
• Process end-to-end payroll including earnings, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments.
• Coordinate with payroll providers and internal teams.
• Review payroll data prior to submission and approval.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
• Prepare payroll-related reports, audits, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end payroll activities including tax reporting.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data across systems.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and benefits administration.
• Provide payroll/HR guidance to employees.
