Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years progressive HR experience in manufacturing or similar setting.
• Experience administering payroll, benefits, and employee records.
• Experience interpreting and applying company policies while maintaining confidentiality.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably UKG Ready.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR programs and advise supervisors on policies and procedures.
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping, benefits administration, and HRIS tasks.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, training and employee engagement efforts.
• Maintain employee records and assist with investigations and employee relations.
• Support training, policy development, and continuous process improvements.
