Manpower Group (USA) is seeking an HR Generalist for a temporary role at a manufacturing site in Pevely, MO. The position supports plant leadership and HR operations, including payroll and benefits administration.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years HR experience, proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This on-site role runs 7:00 AM to 4:15 PM with a pay range of $30–$32 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Experience with FMLA, benefits, and HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support the Plant HR Manager and leadership with daily HR operations.
• Process weekly union hourly payroll for 250–350 employees and assist salaried payroll adjustments.
• Administer and manage accruals, absenteeism, and employee benefits programs.
• Participate in employee relations investigations, resolve issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, legal requirements, and safety standards with accurate documentation.
