Job summary

RRC in Salt Lake City is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations and facility-level HR needs. You will work independently to address employee relations, assist managers, and ensure compliance while partnering with HR leadership on sensitive issues.

You will manage temporary staffing, onboarding, attendance, timekeeping, and payroll accuracy; support recruiting and onboarding; handle investigations and performance guidance; and help implement safety, training, and engagement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience addressing workplace concerns and supporting investigations.
• Experience coordinating temporary staffing and working with staffing agencies.
• Knowledge of employment laws, I-9 requirements, and confidential recordkeeping.
• Proficiency with HRIS, timekeeping systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple facilities and partner with HR leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee temporary staffing needs, onboarding, attendance, performance, timekeeping, invoice reconciliation, and workforce reporting.
• Serve as the primary HR resource for assigned facilities, guiding employee concerns and HR policies.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Address workplace concerns, conduct investigations, advise managers on performance actions, and elevate sensitive matters when appropriate.
• Monitor attendance and payroll accuracy, maintain employee records, support employment law compliance, and identify workforce trends.
• Support workplace safety initiatives, employee development, training, recognition, retention, and engagement programs.
• Analyze HR processes, recommend operational improvements, participate in HR initiatives, and provide cross-functional support across facilities.
