Techo-Bloc is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Waterloo, IN, onsite. The role covers employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and engagement initiatives to drive a high-performance culture.

Ideal candidates have a HR degree, 1+ years of HR generalist experience, and knowledge of employment laws. Manufacturing experience is a plus, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years human resources generalist experience.
• In depth knowledge of Employment laws and all legislative requirements
• Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships and influence.
• Energetic and positive personality

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations & Performance Management: ensure programs are in place, active, and engagement is high.
• HRIS, Onboarding & Administrative Duties: coordinate onboarding, keep HR records compliant.
• Employee Engagement & Communication: communicate vision, coordinate recognition events, promote brand.
• Benefits Administration: manage all employee benefit plans and enrollment events.
• Recruiting support: post roles, screen candidates, schedule interviews, extend offers.
