Job summary

vVARDIS, a Swiss-based oral health company, seeks an energetic HR Generalist to support a growing U.S. team near Miami. You’ll own onboarding, offboarding, benefits guidance, and daily HR operations in the territory, partnering with managers to create a positive, compliant employee experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of progressive HR experience in generalist roles.
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law fundamentals.
Experience onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and leave.
Experience with HRIS systems and maintaining employee records.
Proficient in Microsoft 365; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate employee onboarding for the assigned territory.
Manage offboarding activities and documentation.
Serve as the primary day-to-day HR contact for employees and managers.
Support the administration of performance management processes and provide feedback.
Support recruitment and interview coordination with managers.
Assist with benefits enrollment and leave administration.
Maintain accurate HRIS data and employee records.
