Job summary

RIVA Solutions, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and talent development in a hybrid Reston, VA role with occasional in-office duties.

You will manage benefits enrollments, leave requests, employee records, and open enrollment support while partnering with a small People & Culture team to foster a positive employee experience. Remote work is possible, but local presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in a corporate HR role.
• Experience with onboarding, benefits, compliance, and learning.
• Strong organization and ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Administer benefits programs and enrollments.
• Coordinate onboarding sessions and ensure timely benefits communication.
• Maintain employee records and respond to verification requests.
