The role focuses on coordinating onboarding, maintaining records, and assisting staff with inquiries. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field, an HR Certification, and at least 2 years of HR experience, with strong English/Spanish communication and proficiency in HRIS and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field required.
• HR Certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience or training.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explain HR policies to employees and managers.
• Maintain knowledge of EEO and ADA guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain employment records and documentation.
• Assist employees with benefits inquiries, enrollments, and changes.
• Coordinate recruiting and interviewing processes.
• Coordinate new employee orientations and onboarding.
• Update HR documents and policies.
