Job summary

LaCrosse Footwear is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support Corporate, Retail Stores, Distribution Centers, and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of HR experience and preferably a bachelor's degree in HR along with HR certification. This position is fully onsite in Gresham, Oregon and involves maintaining employee records and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR experience, including leave management.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Team-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs including medical and 401(k).
• Coordinate the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding.
• Maintain compliant employee records in the HRIS.
