Job summary

Guardian Glass, LLC is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist located in and supporting our Auburn Hills, MI location. In this role, you will partner with business leaders and supervisors to advance HR strategies and organizational goals.

You will coach and partner with supervisors and employees to navigate HR policies and programs, support performance management, onboarding, recruitment, and workforce planning while promoting integrity and long-term value creation in our PBM culture.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with supervisors and managers to enhance team effectiveness.
• Ability to analyze, interpret and present data to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to employees and their supervisors/managers in performance management, time and attendance, and talent development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with site leadership and employees
• Act as a steward of our principle-based culture by reinforcing values such as integrity, respect, compliance, and long-term value creation
• Support the recruitment process in partnership with hiring managers, leveraged recruiting capability to build high performing teams
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires leveraging existing tools and processes
• Collaborate with managers to assess workforce needs and develop plans to meet organizational goals
• Implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent
• Support HR metrics analysis by running reports and analyzing data while building supervisors capability to leverage people insight tools available to them
• Develop and maintain a pipeline for succession planning to ensure future leadership and skill continuity
• Assist with special projects and initiatives to support overall HR strategy and business objectives
• Support Guardian’s Early Career program by being a liaison between Guardian & Koch
