Job summary

BioTouch is seeking an HR Generalist to support our largest kitting and logistics facilities in Columbus, GA and Midland, GA. You will partner with the site HRBP to support full lifecycle of employees, performance management, training and development, and payroll.

This role requires a strategic mindset to foster a safe, productive, and positive work environment. The position offers medical, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days, 401(k) with company match after 90 days, and supplemental

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field required.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in Manufacturing/Distribution.
• HRCI/SHRM certification preferred; payroll experience a plus.
• Experience with HRIS/ADP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle of employees at Columbus, GA and Midland, GA sites.
• Handle employee relations, performance mgmt, and training.
• Maintain HRIS, payroll, attendance, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Partner with site HRBP and Corporate Recruiter; assist recruiting.
• Assist with other HR projects as assigned.
