Job summary

Coder is hiring an HR professional to be the day-to-day HR contact for GTM teams operating in the UK and managing EOR arrangements. You will own onboarding, benefits, compliance, and employee data in Rippling/Deel.

Based in the United States with UK responsibilities, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations across regions and scale our People function as we grow from ~220 to 500 employees by 2027.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR/People Operations with UK employment law knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling and/or Deel and EOR models.
