As a founding team member, you will partner with site leadership to attract, develop, engage, and retain hourly associates and leaders, ensuring compliant HR practices and a high-performing environment. This onsite role offers growth and impact in a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of two years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong business acumen with commitment to compliance, ethics and sound decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and partner effectively with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Analyze workforce data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs on HR policies and compliance.
• Partner with operational leadership on staffing, onboarding, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliant policies and practices.
• Support audits and HR-related reporting while driving process excellence.
