Job summary

Easterseals Massachusetts is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support to internal teams and ESMA clients. This full-time role covers employee lifecycle, compliance, benefits, payroll inquiries, and policy administration in a multi-site environment.

The ideal candidate brings a hands-on HR background, strong communication skills, and experience with benefits, leaves, and payroll processing. Travel to client sites across the Commonwealth may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience across multiple HR functions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Employee Support for internal teams and ESMA clients.
• Policy, Compliance, Risk Management, and HR Documentation development and review.
• Benefits, Leave Administration, Payroll, and HRIS support for clients.
• Recruitment, Hiring, and onboarding/offboarding across ESMA and client sites.
• Performance management support and accommodation processes.
• Travel to ESMA and client site locations across the Commonwealth for on-site work.
