WEG is seeking an HR Generalist II to partner with site leadership in Florida, aligning people programs with business goals. You will support performance, development, engagement, and compliance, while handling inquiries, orientations, and administration.

Collaboration with unions and HRIS data integrity are key aspects of the role. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in HR/Business, 5+ years of Generalist experience, and exposure to Workday/UKG; PHR/SCP preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years HR Generalist experience
• PHR or SCP certification preferred
• Must have the ability to problem solve and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must have the ability to work independently and with a team
• Experience with HRIS, such as Workday and UKG, preferred
• Union Relations experience, preferred

Responsabilidades

• Handle employee inquiries, correspondence, and departmental administration.
• Support performance management, development, and engagement initiatives.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Administer compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, and training.
• Collaborate with union representatives to interpret and enforce the collective bargaining agreement.
• Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring; work with managers to define requirements.
• Track compliance with mandatory training and required certifications.
• Ensure policy compliance and data integrity in HRIS.
• Support disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Stay current on employment laws and HR best practices.
