The position requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field with 1–2 years payroll/benefits experience and 2+ years in a generalist role; automotive manufacturing experience is preferred. This is a full-time on-site role in Franklin, KY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• 1–2 years of payroll and benefits experience required.
• 2+ years in a progressive Generalist role preferred.
• Automotive Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Administer benefits programs (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, supplemental insurance).
• Manage open enrollment activities and insurance claims including COBRA.
• Handle FMLA and leave payments, HSA administration, and insurance bill reconciliations.
• Produce payroll/benefits reports for the Accounting Department and leadership.
