Job summary

The Freeman Corporation's Winchester plant is looking for an HR Generalist to serve as the primary contact for payroll, timekeeping, onboarding, and employee relations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will process weekly hourly payroll, assist with ADP self-service, support benefits and policies, and help perform performance reviews.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern HR software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Experience with ADP and payroll processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, review, and process weekly hourly payroll.
• Monitor timekeeping and assist with ADP self-service.
• Process onboarding and orientation for all new hires.
• Maintain confidential employee records.
• Analyze attendance and prepare corrective action documents.
• Assist with benefits, policies, and HR inquiries.
• Support performance reviews and workflow approvals.
• Collaborate with teams and manage vendor relationships.
