Join a dynamic HR team supporting the heart of Main Campus Operations at the Crile Building. In this critical role, you will partner closely with departments including Materials Handling, Sterile Processing, Facilities Engineering, Preventive Medicine, and other potential clinical areas.
This position is ideal for a candidate with strong employee relations experience. You will play a pivotal role in managing complex day-to-day issues, including attendance and adherence to policies and procedures. Your ability to navigate sensitive conversations, deliver clear guidance, and support leadership through employee relations challenges will be key to your success.
A caregiver in this position works 8:00am - 5:00pm on-site 5 days per week.
Key responsibilities include:
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field with five years of HR experience, or equivalent experience with a high school diploma or an Associate’s Degree.
Knowledge of employment laws and strong communication skills are essential.
Preferred qualifications include HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
