Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR operations, HRIS, or process improvement.
• Strong process mapping and business process reengineering experience.
• Experience managing complex HR programs including onboarding, benefits administration, compliance/audits, and offboarding.
• Hands-on HRIS experience (UKG, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Experience designing and deploying workflow automation solutions.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills: Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
