Job summary

Parker Chomerics Hudson, NH seeks an HR Generalist to support employee relations, talent management, and people analytics. This role reports to the US HR Leader and works with the local team to implement the Corporate WIN Strategy.

You will assist onboarding, recruitment, benefits, and HR data integrity while maintaining confidentiality and complying with policies. A degree in HR and 0–2+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 0–2+ years of HR or administrative experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• US citizen or permanent resident status.
• Proficient in MS Office; PeopleSoft experience a plus.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding, orientation, and system setup.
• Support recruitment activities and candidate communication.
• Maintain HRIS records and personnel files.
• Assist benefits administration and open enrollment.
• Support employee engagement and site events.
• Participate in investigations and disciplinary documentation as needed.
• Prepare headcount, attendance, recruiting, and audit reports.
• Ensure HR policies are followed and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with timekeeping review and reporting.
• Prepare materials for trainings and communications for US HR.
• Update PeopleSoft records for hires, changes, transfers, terminations.
• Reconcile PeopleSoft data with payroll and other HR systems; perform data quality checks.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth site operations.
