Parker Hannifin Hudson, NH site is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations, talent management and people analytics. This role will interact with all levels of the organization and report to the US HR Leader.
The Generalist will assist with onboarding, recruitment, records maintenance in HRIS and payroll-related data, benefits administration, employee engagement, and site-level events, while upholding confidentiality and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role will report to the US HR Leader and support our Parker Chomerics Hudson, NH site of approximately 70 team members. The Generalist will perform a variety of professional level duties, as well as administrative duties, in the areas of employee relations, talent management and people analytics. Advocate and support the Corporate WIN Strategy and must have the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
