Parker Hannifin Hudson, NH site is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations, talent management and people analytics. This role will interact with all levels of the organization and report to the US HR Leader.

The Generalist will assist with onboarding, recruitment, records maintenance in HRIS and payroll-related data, benefits administration, employee engagement, and site-level events, while upholding confidentiality and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-2+ years of HR or Administrative experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office; PeopleSoft a plus.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.

Position Summary

This role will report to the US HR Leader and support our Parker Chomerics Hudson, NH site of approximately 70 team members. The Generalist will perform a variety of professional level duties, as well as administrative duties, in the areas of employee relations, talent management and people analytics. Advocate and support the Corporate WIN Strategy and must have the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities
Human Resources Support:
  • Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation, and ensuring system setup.
  • Support recruitment activities such as conducting interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems and personnel files.
  • Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and team member questions.
  • Support team member engagement initiatives and help coordinate site-level events.
  • Participate in investigations or disciplinary documentation as needed (with guidance).
  • Help prepare reports related to headcount, attendance, recruiting, or compliance audits.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are followed and elevate issues appropriately.
  • Ad-Hoc request(s) as needed.
Administrative Support:
  • Assist with timekeeping review and reporting (e.g., helping supervisors or team members with clock-in/out issues).
  • Support scheduling of meetings and help prepare materials for trainings, events, and communications for US HR team.
  • Create and update team member records in PeopleSoft accurately and in a timely manner (new hires, job changes, transfers, terminations).
  • Compile, validate, and submit required HR/audit reports to DHRM on schedule.
  • Prepare supporting documentation for audits and respond to audit queries.
  • Reconcile PeopleSoft data with payroll and other HR systems; run routine data quality checks and correct discrepancies.
  • Partner with other functional departments to ensure smooth site operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-2+ years of Human Resources or Administrative experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications. PeopleSoft experience a plus.
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work collaboratively.
  • Must be a US Citizen or have US Permanent Resident Status.
