Qualificações

• Experience in HR generalist duties including benefits, leave, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a district setting.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in hiring program activities: coordinate job openings, screen applications, process new hires.
• Enter and maintain data (applicant, salary, benefits) in PeopleSoft.
• Conduct new employee orientation and assist with enrollment, forums, or HR meetings.
• Prepare, review, and explain HR correspondence, reports, forms, and transactions.
• File and maintain employment records; generate automated HR reports.
• Keep abreast of applicable HR policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Distribute notifications and represent the department at fairs and events.
• Provide intake and guidance on HR policies to employees and supervisors.
