Job summary

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding - Collaborating with hiring managers to write job postings, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and facilitating new-hire onboarding.
  • Benefits Administration - Assisting with the administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and managing paid time off.
  • Performance Management - Assisting departments with performance reviews, goal setting and employee training and development as needed.

Position Description

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting theday-to-day operations on the Odessa campus. This position willprimarily be responsible for talent acquisition, benefit programs,and performance management while ensuring that HR practices areconsistent, compliant, timely, and aligned with HR divisionalexpectations.

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and able to multitaskcompeting priorities simultaneously.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding - Collaborating withhiring managers to write job postings, sourcing and interviewingcandidates, and facilitating new-hire onboarding.
