Job summary

Roof Penetration Housing (RPH) in the United States (San Antonio, TX) seeks a full-time HR Generalist to support HR operations across locations. You will work directly with the Director of Human Resources, handling confidential data, compliance tasks, onboarding, and payroll coordination.

You will partner on process improvements, policy updates, and SOP documentation as headcount grows. This role offers exposure to all HR areas in a fast-growing company with a strong growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.
• Discretion handling confidential employee information.
• Fundamentals of benefits, leave, payroll, and recordkeeping.
• Experience supporting multiple states, NJ/TX a plus.
• 2–4 years in HR Generalist or similar roles, startup/high growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for policy, benefits, payroll, and HR systems.
• Own HRIS accuracy and onboarding/offboarding end-to-end.
• Coordinate recruiting with Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Prepare and audit payroll changes with HR and Finance.
• Administer benefits programs and leave under applicable laws.
• Maintain compliance records and policy documentation.
• Audit HR processes with Director of HR as headcount changes.
• Document employee relations and support investigations.
• Partner with Operations on OSHA records and safety docs.
• Compile headcount, turnover, and PTO liability reports.
