Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to join the HR team and provide day-to-day operational support to the HRBP group. This hands-on role supports HR processes, data integrity, and partner with business leaders on routine HR matters.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of HRIS/ATS tools such as Cleverse or Jobvite. This position is based in San Francisco or Irvine, CA and requires excellent organization and communication.
Description
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team and provide day-to-day operational and tactical support to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team. This role will be responsible for executing and coordinating routine HR processes and transactions, helping ensure that HRBP requests and business needs are handled accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, systems‑savvy, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, global environment.
This individual will work closely with HRBPs, business leaders, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and other HR functions, while serving as a strong support partner to the HRBP team and providing backup support to HRBPs when needed. The role will also interact directly with business leaders and employees on routine HR matters. This position will be based out of San Francisco CA or Irvine, CA
