Pikemann is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver broad HR support across employee relations, onboarding, benefits, compliance, payroll, and recruiting in Auburn, WA, in‑office.

The ideal candidate will be collaborative, detail‑driven, and able to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will help ensure HR processes run smoothly and in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Background in employee relations, benefits, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support across employee relations, onboarding, benefits, compliance, payroll, and recruiting.
• Maintain HRIS data and personnel records; coordinate onboarding and offboarding.
• Support payroll processing, timecard audits, and data accuracy; manage hires, terminations, promotions, and changes.
