Job summary

Leoforce is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to own a broad HR function, partnering with employees and leadership and reporting directly to the CEO. The role balances employee relations, compliance, recruiting and day-to-day HR administration.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR experience, knowledge of employment laws, and comfort with using AI tools in daily workflows. This is a 20–30 hour per week, Monday–Friday position with flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience with employee relations and manager support.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and core HR practices.
• Experience supporting hourly employees in service/operational environments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and leadership, guiding employee relations and policy applications.
• Manage employee relations matters and support workplace investigations.
• Support recruiting and staffing for hourly and salaried positions including onboarding.
• Oversee day-to-day employee lifecycle administration and HRIS records.
• Support HR compliance, benefits, leaves and workers’ compensation activities.
• Support manager training, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
