Job summary

The Home Depot in Miami, FL seeks an HR professional to execute location-based HR plans and programs, interpret policies and laws, and work across EEO/AAP, staffing, compensation/benefits, training, and organizational development. You will handle investigations, support benefits enrollment, and analyze HR data to drive improvements.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the role involves training delivery, culture guidance, and assisting in leadership selections, with travel rarely required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in responding to unemployment claims preferred.
• Experience delivering formal training preferred.
• Knowledge of HRIS and benefits enrollment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve general Associate Relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Interpret culture/values and guidance on corporate policy.
• Assist in communication and enrollment of employee benefits programs.
• Analyze HR reports and identify opportunities/trends; propose action plans.
• Assist line management with HRIS program training and transaction support.
• Support training initiatives and assist HRM in delivering training.
• Assist in the selection of leadership positions.
