You will handle employee relations, recruitment, leave management, policy compliance, performance reviews, training, and benefits administration, partnering with HR leadership to execute strategic programs.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (or 2 years HR experience), bilingual Spanish, and strong knowledge of labor laws.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2 years of experience in Human Resources or EH&S.
• Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish; reading, writing and speaking.
• Ability to operate a vehicle safely and meet driving eligibility; background check required.
