Hanwha Q CELLS Technologies, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a senior, hands-on expert in Global Compensation & Workforce Planning to strengthen how the Technology Group attracts, rewards, and plans for specialized Technology R&D and Engineering talent across the United States, Germany, Korea, and India.

This role combines global compensation, job architecture, workforce analytics, and executive-ready reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years in compensation, total rewards, workforce planning, HR analytics, or related HR discipline in a multinational.
Experience benchmarking compensation across multiple countries, including non-US markets.
Experience building or managing job architecture, career frameworks, or leveling structures across geographies.
Advanced analytical skills; able to translate large datasets into executive-friendly insights.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and HRIS experience.
Ability to influence across a complex, cross-cultural matrix; effective communication.

Responsibilities

Lead compensation strategy, market analysis, and annual planning for Technology Group roles in US and Germany; support India and Korea.
Benchmark base salary, incentives, total rewards, and recognition programs.
Build and maintain a common technology job architecture and career framework across regions.
Partner with regional and HQ compensation teams on offers, promotions, and pay adjustments.
Identify market and equity risks and translate findings into practical recommendations.
