Job summary

You will also lead performance reviews, safety initiatives, and participate in open enrollment while maintaining accurate records and supporting a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years HR generalist experience.
• PHR/SPHR preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment law.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and company regulations.
• Track and analyze HR metrics for data-driven insights.
• Manage employee data and government submissions.
• Administer wage/benefit programs to ensure equity.
• Lead onboarding and new employee orientation.
• Source, screen, and manage candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Support safety programs and OSHA relations.
• Handle unemployment hearings and other employee-related proceedings.
