Victory Church is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide day-to-day employee relations and HR operations support for its ministries in the Tulsa area. The role serves as a primary HR resource for employees and leaders, guiding performance management, policy interpretation, and routine investigations.

The HR Generalist will manage lifecycle changes, maintain accurate HR documentation, and work under the HR Director, escalating complex matters as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience with employee relations, performance management, investigations, or HR Generalist responsibilities.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary HR resource for employees and supervisors on routine relations, performance, policy questions, and concerns.
• Handle employee lifecycle transactions: reactivations, transfers, promotions, status changes, terminations.
• Conduct routine investigations, document findings, and escalate high-risk matters to HR Director.
• Maintain confidential HR records and ensure policy compliance across ministries.
